We will meet four times per year. At every quarterly review meeting, we’ll check on:

Depending on your service tier, other planning components will be layered on top of this.

January - Annual Review

For all clients, we will update all information in your financial planning profile and make any necessary updates. We will also review all your financial goals to ensure your plan remains in alignment with them. And we’ll review your cash flows to ensure the remain strong, while making any necessary adjustments to your contribution and/or withdrawal strategy.

April - Tax Planning

If you are a wealth management client, or a wealth building client that has purchased the tax planning add-on, April is the best time to start the annual tax planning process. Since you’ve just filed your tax return, we can conduct a full review and look for tax-planning opportunities together.

 July - Estate Planning

If you are a wealth management client, or a wealth building client that has purchased the estate planning add-on, we will review your estate planning documents. If any updates are needed, we will provide guidance to ensure they are made.

For wealth management clients, this is also a time for us to review your legacy plan — in other words, the impact you would like to create for those around you.

For standard wealth building clients, we will review beneficiaries and account titling, while making any necessary changes.

October - Tax and Benefits Planning

If you are a wealth management client, or a wealth building client that has purchased the tax planning add-on, we will revisit your tax plan to ensure everything is implemented before year-end deadlines.

For all clients, we will review your employer benefits to ensure you are making appropriate updates during your open enrollment period.
