If it has to do with your financial situation, we stand ready to help you with it. Our personalized approach affords us the time to conduct thorough due diligence for our clients, to ensure you receive the best advice. If it’s something that is outside of our scope, we’ll provide guidance and bring in a trusted third-party expert.

Your money will be managed by a seasoned team with decades of institutional investment management experience. They’ve previously managed money for Fortune 500 companies and public pension funds. And now they’re ready to manage your nest egg. Click here meet your team.

A solid investment withdrawal strategy requires many considerations — including the sustainability of your nest egg, tax implications, and market risks. If you’re already taking distributions or would like to start, we’ll ensure this is done smartly and efficiently. If your withdrawal needs are further out in the future, we’ll develop a precise plan that avoids unwanted surprises.

Every year, we’ll engage in a proactive tax planning session in the spring. This will include an analysis of your most recent tax return, a review of key planning considerations, and a customized tax planning strategy. And we will meet again toward year-end to ensure your strategy is fully executed on time. While we do not provide tax advice, we do collaborate directly with your tax advisor. If you don’t have one, we’ll refer you to one.

We educate our clients on estate planning topics and partner with a qualified third-party software provider that can produce legal documents. Our third-party partner also has attorneys available to provide advice, if needed. Client will pay an additional fee to our third-party partner, as RWP is not qualified to create legal documents.

While estate planning focuses largely on what happens to your money when you’re gone, legacy planning is all about how people remember you. On an ongoing basis, we’ll have meaningful conversations about how you can use your wealth to maximize both your legacy and impact — not just when you’re gone, but while you’re still here.
Onboarding Process
This process will vary for each client, but it will typically be completed over a 4 - 6 week timeline.
Meeting 1 - Goals Discussion
During our first meeting, we’ll establish your most important life goals. At the end of this meeting, you’ll get a tour of our financial planning software (Right Capital), which will be the primary tool used to help you achieve your goals. After this meeting, you'll get all your data entered into the software and we’ll get started on establishing your initial financial blueprint.
Meeting 2 - Cash-Flow Analysis
We’ll review your initial blueprint with you, with a high focus on your cash-flow projections. This will allow us to assess the viability of your goals. If there's a cash-flow deficit, we’ll discuss ways to reduce your expenses or adjust your goals. If there’s a surplus, we’ll have a conversation around how to best allocate those dollars.
Meeting 3 - Review Financial Plan and Recommendations
During this meeting, we’ll review your full financial plan with you and go over all of our recommendations. If there's anything you want to adjust, refine, or explore further, we'll take the time to do that together. At the end of this meeting, you should feel clear, confident, and excited about the path ahead.
Meeting 4 - Account Funding
Prior to this meeting, we will have established your new financial accounts, based on our recommendations. During this meeting, we’ll start the process of funding these accounts. If you’ll be making regular contributions or withdrawals to/from your accounts, we’ll ensure bank links are established. If you’ll be transferring existing accounts, we’ll initiate these transfers.
Ongoing Quarterly Meetings
Once accounts have been set up and funded, we'll be ready to move to our regular quarterly service schedule. Each quarterly meeting will address a specific financial planning topic, while also reviewing progress toward your goals.
